Accessibility

The site should remain readable and operable across keyboard, no-JavaScript, reduced-motion, and high-contrast contexts.

Controls

Site Preferences include contrast, reduced motion, reduced transparency, underlined links, stronger focus, captions, reading mode, and image display controls.

Progressive enhancement

Core navigation and preference saving use normal links and forms first. JavaScript can make changes feel immediate, but it is not required for saving.

Feedback

Accessibility issues should be treated as production defects. The Help page provides the route for reporting broken access or confusing behavior.
