Tasmanian Dark Skies — field workshop
Three nights in the rain-shadow country of western lutruwita. We chase the conditions, not the calendar. You bring a camera body you are comfortable with; I bring most of the rest. Expect long evenings, weather that changes its mind, and more coffee than is strictly necessary.
Why this exists
Weather decides. If conditions are unworkable, the plan adapts rather than forcing a photograph. The point is to learn how to read the sky and the country, not just to tick off a date.
